When the game is on the line what play does Be Organic LLC Global calls?

Be Organic LLC Global is back at it again. This time around it’s playoff time and we’re making the calls. It’s the fourth quarter with 20 minutes of time left for a great grilling and chilling meal with friends. The crowd is getting restless and it is 1st down and 12 stomachs to fill. “What play do you call”, you ask? The sirloin double decked dipper with cheese spread, sautéed onions, fresh potato fries all go route, stomach winning play of course!

Ingredients

6 lbs sirloin ground

5 lbs bag potatoes

1 large green pepper

5 large onions

4 clove garlic

1 lb shredded cheese

1 cup Worcestershire sauce

1 ½ cup barbeque sauce

2 limes juiced

1 cup beer

1 Tbls salt

Olive oil 

1 Tbls black pepper

1 habanero pepper

1 Tbls cane sugar

1 12oz American cheese

12 burger buns

Optional: lettuce, tomatoes, pickles

1st down and 20 (minutes). In a bowl place the sirloin ground. Then add 2 fine chopped onions, 1 fine chopped green pepper, 4 fine chopped garlic. Set aside.

2nd down and 17(minutes). Take potatoes skin them and cut them in half and then into French fry strips. Using a deep fryer places fries into fryer until golden brown. When fries are finish cooking place on paper towel on plate. Season with salt

Take 3 onions and cut in half and then slice thin long ways. Then take sauté pan add 2 tablespoons olive oil to pan on medium heat. Once oil is hot add onions, 1 teaspoon black pepper, and 1 tablespoon cane sugar.  Let onions cook for 10 minutes or until golden brown stirring occasionally.

3rd down and 12 (minutes). Next in a separate bowl mix together 1 cup Worcestershire sauce, 1 ½ cup barbeque sauce, 2 limes juiced, 1 cup beer, salt, pepper, 1 fine chopped habanero pepper (caution: use gloves), and 1 lb shredded cheese.  Then pour evenly over sirloin ground and mix together well.

4th down and Goal 10 (minutes). Next, fold one slice of American cheese in half and then cut with a knife in half to make two squares. Then take about a hand full of ground and spread in palm flat.  Take the one piece square of American cheese in place in middle of ground. Fold ground over cheese so that it is completely hidden.  Put on a flat sheet. Repeat process until complete.

Heat up your grill. Place burgers on grill for about 2 minutes each side for medium well doneness.

This play is Be Organics’ sirloin double decked dipper with cheese spread, sautéed onions, fresh potato fries all go route.  Serve on a toasted bun with cheese and sautéed onions on top of burger. Enjoy the playoffs.
